MAZIDO has successfully completed the first stage of Organization Capacity Assessment and Development for Two select ranches in Tsavo landscape. The two lucky ranches are Kasigau Ranching Company DA and Tsavo Wildlife Conservancy, popularly known as Taita ranch. The main aim of this stage was to engage the ranch directors and staff so as to find gaps in the way they run their activities. This will enable MAZIDO to look into those problem with its high skilled consultants and come up with Institutional Improvement Plan that will guide these ranches into financial and management prosperity.
This project is fully funded by African Wildlife Foundation and it has tasked MAZIDO with its consultants through an agreement to guide the two ranches. AWF aspires to have sustainable organizations that their continuity is guaranteed.
