MAZIDO Completes First Phase of OCA for Taita and Kasigau Ranches

MAZIDO has completed the first stage of Organizational Capacity Assessment and Development for two ranches in the Tsavo landscape: Kasigau Ranching Company DA and Tsavo Wildlife Conservancy (Taita Ranch). This stage engaged ranch directors and staff to identify gaps in how the ranches were run, laying the groundwork for an Institutional Improvement Plan to guide them toward financial and management prosperity.

The project is fully funded by the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), which aspires to see these organizations achieve long-term sustainability.
