Taita Wildlife Conservancy (TWC) is a privately-owned conservancy within Taita Taveta County that is involved in both ranching and conservation business.

The Taita Wildlife Conservancy in partnership with MAZIDO has developed a five-year strategic plan which will run from 2022-2026 with the ultimate goal of achieving sustainability. The plan includes key milestones and targets that will allow them to achieve this goal. This comes amidst recovery from Covid 19 which ravaged the tourism sector.

The strategic plan will be used as a guideline for the organization’s future activities in conservation. The plan is anchored on Taita Wildlife Conservancy’s vision and mission as well as an analysis of the current situation in the conservation as a result of climate change.
