MAZDIDO conducted a 3-day board induction workshop for the Kasigau Ranch Directors, an event that took place at Augustine George Resort and was attended by all directors of the ranch.
The aim of the workshop was to help the directors to understand the organization, their roles as directors, the environment in which it operates and its challenges, how to lay out the vision, and their role in ensuring that Kasigau Ranch prospers
Kasigau Ranch is one of the 33 ranches within Taita Taveta County that acts both as a ranch and conservancy, serving as a wildlife corridor between Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Parks.
